All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use this number to follow your package through the courier’s website or app.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cubis.lt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Issues
Cubis.lt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim.
